There are two types of user accounts in BILLmanager :
- Administrators — employees of your company who can be assigned to different departments. You can set access limits for each administrator. For example, you can restrict access to financial reports for your technical support staff.
- Customers — clients of your company who can access their accounts, order services, effect payments, customize interface settings, submit trouble tickets, and much more.
BILLmanager is available in three versions: Standard, Advanced and Corporate. Depending on the version, you can use different functions of the billing system.
"Administrator"
- Provider
- Project management (for BILLmanager Corporate ). Manage provider's hosting projects. You may have multiple sites, providing various services or services to different categories of customers.
- Company management (for BILLmanager Advanced and Corporate). Create and manage your legal entities, i.e. companies. Your companies may be associated with different projects and/or have multiple payment methods.
- Payment methods (for BILLmanager Standard). Customize payment methods that your customer can use to pay for services. In Advanced and Corporate versions you can set payment methods for each company via the "Companies" module.
- Departments. Create and manage special groups you administrators are assigned to, restrict their access privileges to the billing modules.

- Partners management (for BILLmanager Corporate). Manage provider's partners.

- Customer management. Multiple tools for your customers management: information about their personal accounts, payments, services purchased, etc.
- Payers (for BILLmanager Advanced and Corporate). Manage businesses and individuals who effect payments.
- Contracts (for BILLmanager Advanced and Corporate). Manage contracts for services provided to your customers.
- User management (for BILLmanager Advanced and Corporate). Your customers can have several user accounts who may access accounts with their privileges to use system functions.

- Gateways. A gateway allows you to redirect incoming email to a specific email box of a support center department.
