Great news for everyone running ispmanager business on CentOS 7! If you’ve been wanting to migrate to ispmanager host but felt held back by possible migration issues, we’ve taken care of it! Check our latest updates that take the stress out of the move and make the whole process way smoother.

We hope these improvements will help you easily switch to ispmanager host and start benefiting from its expanded functionality right away.

Let’s see what’s new!

Automatic Request Proxying to the New Server

As you know, DNS records don’t update instantly, and, previously, even after a successful import, incoming requests could still reach the old server for some time. This created risks such as lost orders or missed form submissions.

We’ve now added a proxying option that automatically redirects all website requests from the old server to the new one.

Full Transfer of Web-Server Configurations

In the past, custom web-server configuration files weren’t migrated. As a result, sites with non-standard settings could fall back to default configs after the import.

The new release now imports all website-specific configuration files, including custom tweaks.

Support for Importing Large Databases

Users importing databases or files larger than 2 GB used to encounter errors that caused the import to fail. We’ve removed this limitation so that large databases import successfully now.
