Regulations on the Partner Launch Fund Program for Hosting Providers

  1. General Provisions

    These Regulations govern the terms and conditions of participation of hosting providers in the Partner Launch Fund program (hereinafter — the “Program”), organized by ISPMANAGER LTD (ispmanager / the “Organizer”). The Program is aimed at supporting new partners in launching and promoting services based on ispmanager.

  2. Definitions:

    Partner Intent Agreement (PIA) — a preliminary document that records the parties’ intentions to commence business cooperation without creating legally binding obligations, including financial obligations. The PIA constitutes a non-binding letter of intent between the hosting provider (the “Partner”) and ispmanager.

    Partner Launch Fund — a special Program of financial (a fund in an amount determined by ispmanager) and resource-based support for new partners, aimed at the successful implementation and development of a partner product/service in the market. The Fund resources are not subject to cash withdrawal and may be used exclusively within the framework of the established arrangements.

  3. Eligibility Criteria for Participation in the Program:
    1. To obtain the status of a Program participant, a Partner must meet the following mandatory requirements:
      • be a new partner of ispmanager;
      • be a registered participant of the professional event CloudFest 2026;
      • submit a completed application in the form of a Partner Intent Agreement (PIA);
      • successfully complete an onboarding session with representatives of ispmanager;
      • agree with ispmanager on a detailed plan for launching the partnership;
      • initiate partnership cooperation with ispmanager no later than June 1, 2026.
    2. All criteria are mandatory. Failure to comply with any of the conditions shall result in refusal to participate in the Program. Verification of compliance with the criteria shall be carried out by the Organizer in accordance with established procedures.
  4. Activation of the Partner Launch Fund Program
    1. Upon successful admission to the Program and receipt of participant status, a hosting provider may activate the Program benefits subject to compliance with the following mandatory requirements:
      • the ispmanager control panel is added to the provider’s product portfolio;
      • the ispmanager control panel is integrated with the billing system or provisioning process;
      • sales of services based on the ispmanager control panel (ispmanager-based services) have been commenced.
    2. Activation of the Program shall take place in stages and shall depend on the actual fulfillment of partnership obligations. All conditions must be documented and approved by the Program Organizer.
  5. Within the framework of the Program, ispmanager reserves the right to:
    • determine the final scope of the Program for each Partner;
    • approve the directions for use of the Program resources;
    • allocate the Program resources in stages, in accordance with the approved partnership launch plan.
  6. Restrictions on the Use of the Program:
    • the Fund resources may not be converted into cash payments, except for agreed marketing activities;
    • the Fund may not be transferred to other programs or reporting periods;
    • the Fund is available exclusively to new partners;
    • the validity period of the Fund is limited to the partnership launch period;
    • the cost of 1 (one) hour of work performed by an employee of a Program participant shall not exceed EUR 50 (fifty euros) per 1 (one) hour;
    • migration of the Program participant’s customers from other control panels shall be carried out in accordance with the approved schedule.
