Software life cycles

Support for ispmanager 6 business is divided into three stages:

Technical support

Technical and advisory support for ispmanager 6 business is provided according to the Support rules.

Technical support is only available:

  • for the versions with the latest supported stable or beta updates
  • if the panel is installed on a server with a supported operating system
