Ispmanager Quarterly Digest: Q1 Recap & Future Updates

Ispmanager keeps evolving to make migrations seamless, hosting plans stronger, and your workflow faster and more secure. Here’s a quick look at what’s already live and what’s just around the corner.

What’s Already Available in ispmanager

  • Migrate from cPanel via rsync

You can now transfer data directly from cPanel to ispmanager. No need to create or extract backups. This method requires minimal disk space and moves the current data version, not old archives.

  • Migrate from ispmanager business to host via rsync

Same logic — no backups involved, saving you both space and time. The transfer is fast and efficient.

  • Major upgrade for the host plan

We’ve turned the host plan into a full-featured solution for shared hosting. It now includes key features from the business plan (which are phasing out): technical domains support, server resource usage statistics, and user resource consumption limits.

What’s Coming Next

And, of course, there’s more to come. Right now, we’re working on updates that will save you time and improve security:

  • Smarter user import

Ispmanager will pre-check the target server environment and warn you about any potential issues. You’ll also get a detailed log of what was transferred and how.

  • LiteSpeed support

LiteSpeed support is coming soon! Faster websites, lower server load.

  • Web Application Firewall (WAF)

A new layer of protection right in the panel. WAF is on its way. It’ll filter HTTP/HTTPS traffic and block malicious requests before they hit your site.
