How to order an SSL certificate
To order an SSL certificate, go to your client area at my.ispmanager.com. If you don't have an account, create one.
Certificates can be managed in the Licenses - SSL certificates section.
To order an SSL certificate, click the Order button: select the required certificate and click Add to Cart. Next, click Configure to fill out the certificate details. Once the certificate is configured, proceed to payment by clicking Proceed to checkout.
Certificates have the following main statuses:
- Ordered - the certificate has been added to the account and configured, but has not been paid for;
- Active (awating issue) - the certificate has been added to the account, configured, and paid for, and is awaiting validation;
- Active (issued) - the certificate has been issued and is available for use.
Certificate validation is performed depending on the method selected during the certificate setup process: email or TXT record.
All certificate files (CSR, CRT, P7B, and KEY files) can be downloaded by clicking View in the certificate's detailed description.
