Stuck in authorization loop

Symptoms

After entering login and password, user gets into an endless loop of authorization forms.

Causes

The panel has user authorization notifications enabled while port 25 is unavailable on the server.

Solution

Log in to the control panel with a temporary key, go to user settings, and disable authorization notifications.

We also highly recommend ensuring the following TCP ports are accessible: 110, 143, 993, 995, 587, 465, and 25.
