The Server Resources tab is not displayed in ispmanager 6

Symptoms:

• There is no information in the "Server Resources" widget
• The "Server Resources" widget is missing from the dashboard

Causes:

• Inconsistency of saved statistics with the current one due to a change in equipment configuration
• Damaged statistics files

Solution:

Delete the current statistics files using the command:

rm -rf /usr/local/mgr5/var/sysinfostat/*

Note!

The "/usr/local/mgr5/var/sysinfostat/" directory should not be deleted.

Then restart the panel with the command:

/usr/local/mgr5/sbin/mgrctl -m ispmgr exit

New statistics will appear about 30 minutes after restarting the panel – the widget will need some statistics to display the information.
