Install a web script
Web scripts allow you to automate the installation of content management system (CMS), customer relationship management system (CRM) and other software. The list of available scripts can be found in Settings → Web scripts. For more information please refer to the article Web scripts catalogue.
You can install a script when creating a website. For more information, see Add a website. Complete the steps described below to install a script for the website after its creation:
- In the Main menu, navigate to Sites.
- In the form that opens, select the site for which you want to install the script, and click on CMS.
The installation can be done with the default settings or you can customize the settings yourself.
Install the script with default settings
- Click on Quick install.
- Read and accept the terms of the License agreement.
- Click on Next.
- Provide the Installation settings.
- Provide the Application settings.
- Make sure that all PHP and database requirements are met.
- Click on Next .
- Click on Finish.
- The script will be installed in the site directory. This will overwrite its content, which may lead to data loss.
- The control panel creates a notification with information about the script settings. To view this notification, navigate to Monitoring and logs → Notifications. For example, if you have installed Wordpress, the notification will contain the database name, administrator name and password, and user name and password.
Install the script with user settings
- Click on Install.
- Enter the script parameters.
- Click on Next.
- Read and accept the License agreement.
- Click on Next.
- Provide the Installation settings.
- Provide the Application settings.
- Make sure that all PHP and database requirements are met.
- Click on Next .
- Click on Finish.
The script will be installed in the specified directory. This will overwrite its content, which may lead to data loss. If the directory doesn't exist, the system will create it.
