10Web subscription plan usage and limits
The number of sites available for generation in a subscription is used up as soon as a website is created in the panel as an entity using the AI website builder regardless of whether content for the site has been generated.
A previously generated website can be deleted from the panel or disconnected from the subscription at any time. In this case, the number of sites available in the subscription limit will be restored, and a new website can be generated in its place. Disconnecting a siite from the subscription is not available with a trial license.
Viewing subscription usage and limits
The administrator can view the total limit and subscription usage for all users.
This information is available in the Sites → Create a site → AI Website Builder section in the format SITES_GENERATED/TOTAL_SITES_AVAILABLE
The user can only view their own limit and subscription usage.
This information is available in the dashboard under Limits → Sites in the format SITES_GENERATED/TOTAL_SITES_AVAILABLE
Limit exhaustion
When the limit is reached, the user will no longer be able to generate new sites. Existing sites can be edited and regenerated using the AI website builder until the license expires.
When the limit is reached, users still can:
- request a limit increase from the panel administrator
- delete a generated website — in this case, the site will become unavailable. The subscription usage will be canceled, and a new site can be generated in place of the deleted one.
disconnect a website from the subscription — the website will continue to work, but the AI Builder features will no longer be available. The subscription usage will be canceled, and a new site can be generated in place of the disabled one.
How to disconnect a website from the subscription- Select a website from the list of websites.
- Open the context menu by clicking the
button. - Select Cancel AI Builder subscription.
10Web license renewal
When renewing your license, the number of sites available in the subscription limit will not be restored —the generated website will be deducted from your subscription limit.
When activating their license, the user was allowed to create 10 websites using the AI Builder. They generated five in the first month.
→ After renewing their license, they will be able to generate five new websites.
The five already generated websites can be edited and regenerated using the AI Builder as long as the subscription is active and the websites are connected to it.
